3. He has a secret weak-spot for rich damsels in distress and little cute things.
4. Shou's mother was RiCo's client who's a rich damsel in distress.
5. Shou is cute. Nuff said.

And with that said, Shou's mother managed to convince RiCo to take care of him. :D
